Holistic Talent ...Since the establishment of Generasi GIGIH, it became evident that numerous university students lacked sufficient exposure to industry-focused content. In response to this gap, our mission was clear: we aimed to transform tech talent by introducing proven material from GoTo bootcamps. By doing so, we bridged the divide between academic learning and industry demands, fostering a more collaborative and practical approach to the tech industry. Our overarching goal was to cultivate holistic tech talent that not only met but exceeded the challenges and demands of the rapidly evolving industry landscape. Through the infusion of relevant, real-world content, Generasi GIGIH was committed to ensuring that education became a dynamic and transformative experience for a diverse audience of students.

MENTORING IN UNLEASHING TALENTS
Generasi GIGIH was designed to strategically enhance young tech talent professional growth, among other objectives, via targeted mentoring and coaching. Armed with our own pool of industry practitioners through our Mentor Fellowship Program, Generasi GIGIH participants went through more than 54 hours of mentoring during in-class setups and more than 18 hours of coaching through the Job Immersion phase that supported them through the program and beyond.
