Shalimar Sulisto
Governing BoardShalimar is a consultant with Egon Zehnder where she focuses on leadership advisory services and C-level placements across multiple industries in Indonesia.
She was the Head of Communications and a founding investor at Siklus, a Jakarta based tech startup that aims to reduce consumer plastic waste through home delivery refill services.
Previously, Shalimar worked at the World Bank where she led engagements with Civil Society Organizations in support of its development collaboration with external stakeholders. A strong advocate for women, Shalimar currently serves as a mentor for IGNITE, a shared initiative launched by AT Kearney, Egon Zehnder and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN) to promote female talent.
She holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University.
