GIF is an impact catalyst organization combining the compassion of foundations with the innovative spirit of startups. Established by PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk, Our mission is to build innovation ecosystems to mobilize and deploy people, capital, knowledge, and expertise to tackle Indonesia’s intractable challenges. GIF is registered as a legal entity based on the Ministry of Law and Human Rights under the name of Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa.

Before signing-up and posting content on the Website, You must agree to this Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice, and register Yourself by providing the information requested. During registration, We will ask You to provide Your full name, electronic mail address, and occupation to create an account ("Account"). You may change Your profile information after the sign-up process has been completed on the settings feature on the Website.

After registering, Our system will automatically generate a verification code and send the verification code via electronic mail You have provided during the registration. You must verify your electronic mail by entering the verification code on the registration page on the Website. After verification, Our system will create a personal Account for You to use and submit Your content to the Website.

In the event that You have been logged out from Your Account, you need to enter Your electronic mail address you provided when registering yourself, and Your password.

By registering to the Website, You agree to receive promotional and campaign electronic mails from GIF for which you can withdraw at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any such electronic mail received.

The verification link is produced automatically by Our system. We do not know and never ask for Your verification link. Never provide the verification link to anyone even to Us or other parties who acknowledge themselves as Our representatives.

You agree that any communications/materials/ideas that are transmitted/posted on the Website:

• will be treated as non-confidential / non-proprietary information unless stated otherwise;
• will be visible on the Website until GIF decides to remove any such content from public access;
• may be adapted to support learning and solution design in Catalyst Changemaker Lab - a program under the auspices of GIF; and
• may be utilized for public marketing campaigns to create awareness of related topics.

We will investigate any alleged or suspected violations and if a criminal violation is suspected, We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their investigations. Any and all disputes arising from the use of the Website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court, without prejudice to GIF’s right to file reports, lawsuits or claims both civil and criminal through the District Court, Police or other relevant authorities within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event that GIF and You are in the process of resolving the disputes as referred to in this section, GIF and You shall still conduct their obligations under the Terms and Conditions unless stipulated and agreed otherwise by GIF and You.

You fully understand and agree that this Terms and Conditions constitute an electronic agreement and Your action of pressing the ‘register’ button when signing-up an Account or the ‘log in’ button when logging-in to Your Account is Your active consent to enter into an agreement with Us that this Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice are legally valid and binding and shall continue so long as You use the GIF Website.

You shall not sue nor object to the validity of this Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Notice which are made in electronic form.

You shall not transfer Your rights based on this Terms and Conditions without Our prior written consent. However, We may transfer Our rights based on this Terms and Conditions to any party at any time without prior approval from or advance written notice to You.

If you do not comply with or violate the provisions of this Terms and Conditions, and We do not take direct action, it does not mean that We waive Our rights to take necessary actions in the future.

This Terms and Conditions survive upon the temporary suspension, permanent suspension, deletion of the Application or expiration of this agreement between You and Us.

The unenforceability of any of the conditions herein will not affect the enforceability of other provisions.

We create these Terms and Conditions in Indonesian and English language. Any discrepancies will be interpreted according to the Indonesian language.
