Generasi GIGIH has produced 2600 industry-ready young tech talents

The demand for bright and capable tech talents in this rapidly growing technology industry has never been greater. To help meet this need, GIF and GoTo designed a tech bootcamp program called Generasi GIGIH that bridges the skills gap between education and industry demand. This program is built to be inclusive and accesible—reaching youth from across the country, including those in remote areas.

Generasi GIGIH education models equip young Indonesians with in-demand technical skills, professional development training, and direct pathways to career opportunities. The curriculum is developed in collaboration with tech industry leaders to ensure curriculum relevance and quality. Participants also gain hands-on experience through real-world projects and direct mentorship from tech professionals, preparing them to be industry-ready talent.

Generasi GIGIH has trained more than 2600 young professionals from 32 provinces across Indonesia. Within just six months after graduating, around 87% of alumni had already landed jobs at leading tech companies. Beyond transforming individual careers, Generasi GIGIH also empowers these individuals to be resilient, gritty, and committed to making good in society with technology.
